I have been in this house for over 40 years. It was terrible to get any repairs done, and then Wade residential took it over, and I have never seen such a change. The ceilings had cracks in them, I reported it, and to my surprise they put 3 new ceilings in for us then the street door had a hole in the frame, a brand new street door with frame was fitted. I couldn’t ask for a better agent then Wade Residential. SW.
