Mark and his team have been on hand for the last 6 years to help with letting my property. Their service has been seamless with clear communication between myself and tenants with prompt updates/repairs/accounts etc. This has included checkouts and reletting during difficult periods like covid. I highly doubt any renter has ever said the words “I miss my lettings agent!” But that is exactly what I said as soon as I dealt with another company after (regretfully) leaving my rented property with Wade residential. I have been in this house for over 40 years. It was terrible to get any repairs done, and then Wade residential took it over, and I have never seen such a change. The ceilings had cracks in them, I reported it, and to my surprise they put 3 new ceilings in for us then the street door had a hole in the frame, a brand new street door with frame was fitted. I couldn’t ask for a better agent then Wade Residential. SW.
