ABOUT US

We are an independent family run business and pride ourselves on our high standards of client care. We specialise in residential lettings and property management in East London, Essex and the surrounding areas and have been letting and managing properties since November 2016. Since our company began we have established a varied client base ranging from individual Landlords with one or two properties to companies with a portfolio of properties.

Wade Residential are members of ARLA and NAEA Propertymark, The Property Ombudsman and are a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) ‘Approved Code’ business. In an industry that remains generally unregulated, belonging to the main professional bodies provides our existing and potential clients with the peace of mind that their properties and their rental income are in safe hands.

OUR TEAM

Mark Wade has been employed within the property industry almost continuously since he left school in 1984. As a result he has a good knowledge of most aspects of property related matters.

After working in a number of independent agencies in and around East London Mark joined an established firm of Chartered Surveyors in 1987 where he was employed for almost 30 years. Although initially dealing with residential sales, Mark became more involved with lettings and property management as the trend of buy-to-let increased. He eventually headed the sales, lettings and management department of the business.

Although dealing with both sales and lettings, Mark’s passion was with residential lettings and management and his desire to concentrate solely on this led to his decision to establish his own company. This allows him to deal with clients on a one to one basis and offer a level of service and commitment not often found with larger companies.

As well as Marks years of experience within the property industry he has also been awarded a Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Simon Armin has enjoyed a varied career since leaving school and began a career in property around 2010 working alongside Mark Wade at an established firm of Chartered surveyors in East London. His role within the industry has always been as a property manager and this is resulted in a good knowledge of dealing with landlords and tenants. Simon started with us in 2017 on a part time basis and joined us as a full time member of staff in 2020. His role as a property manager has continued at Wade Residential where his duties include the day to day repairs, property inspections and tenancy renewals.

As well as the years of experience within the lettings industry Simon has also been awarded a Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Denise Wade is our accounts manager, dealing with the day to day rent statements, rent collection and our company accounts. Denise has been working with us since Wade Residential was established and started her working life in the banking sector giving her a good background for her position within our company.
