In mine and my wife’s experience, dealing with Mark and his team has been an absolute charm, both in ease of speaking and how thoroughly we are looked after. Got a problem? It’s fixed within a few days, or you’ve certainly got an action plan in place to get it rectified. Our property was stunning when we walked in and made up to a high standard, and the aftercare is just as stunning as the property. My wife has rented before, and seen the horror stories she’s had with estate agents so know just how difficult an estate agent can make your life… Thankfully Mark and his team are NOTHING like this. I highly recommend Wade Residential if you’re looking for a place, because the service is second to none. For certain, you’ll be looked after by him and his team.
